At Sunflower salon we value our guests and their time. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you are unable to cancel with-in this timeframe, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services which we’re booked, due before scheduling your next appointment.

We offer for a 10-15 minute grace period. Please send a text and let your Stylist know if you anticipate being 10 to 15 minutes late. Depending on the delay, we may need to adjust your service(s) to accommodate you and the amount of time left in the appointment .

If you’re going to be late by 20 minutes or more your appointment will most likely need to be rescheduled. Please make sure to contact your (Stylist) and they will let you know how to proceed.

We appreciate your understanding in these matters as we do prioritize time management and need to stay on schedule to see our next guest. We appreciate your support and look forward to providing you with an elevated experience.
